Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30PM to 10:30PM
Saturdays and Sundays, 8:30AM to 5:00PM
WHERE:
Franklin Fire Station, 59 West Bow St, Franklin, NH
COST:
$630.00 for members of NH Municipal Fire Departments
$2,610.00 for non-members and out-of-state applicants
PREREQUISITES: 18 years of age at time of registration.
MAXIMUM CLASS SIZE IS 24 STUDENTS

- Only complete applications, including indication of Worker’s Compensation (Section 3A) or proof of health insurance coverage, will be accepted in person, by mail, or by fax. (See page 2 of application for more details.)
Regarding payment:
- For affiliated applicants: Sections 3B and 3C must be completed by dept. representative For those paying on their own: Section 4 must be completed with either credit card information or indication of payment by check or money order, payable to NHFSTEMS, and sent in along with application. All payments will be deposited upon acceptance
